How to Meditate with Comfort and Ease?

In whatever we do, our body seems to want comfort and ease and we try to satisfy our need for comfort by many means. Even when we pray or meditate, the body looks to be comfortable. So it is the same for the way we meditate. The meditation seat must be comfortable enough or else the mind gets distracted and disturbed and our concentration levels seem to decrease. It is always good to have a meditation seat that is spacious enough for us to cross our legs and sit.
